Was curious on how everyone sees dota2 and LoL..( other than the towers, creeps, farm, and the other common similarities) Do they have similar things? If there are.. can you tell me guys? Also, is it ok to steal kill on LoL? Is it right to ignore players on LoL to kill steal like on dota2?
They're similar only how most games of the genre are similar. You defend towers, you kill minions, you take objectives. Kill stealing is not recommended in LoL.

They're like twin brothers. Except one we raised in the hood and the other in Paris. They look alike and have several similarities but the way they act are quite different. With regards to kill stealing, no. You can if you want but people ain't going to love you for it.
Dont ask this question. There is too much hate between the two communities. As to how similar they are, both have the moba formula, the map structure is basically the same since it was also made by people from the dota team, there are a few champions in leauge that have similar skill sets like those in dota (not that many tho). In game mechanics however are completely different if you exclude the skills/items thing that almost every moba has. dota 2 is a lot slower of a game and the graphics are 'fancier' personally i find them tough to look at it, leauge games are usually faster. In dota if you get a few kills ahead thats great! But in leauge if you get a few kills ahead the game is basically over. Also dota wants a lot more from your pc than leauge does, ive played leauge at 60fps on some shitty pcs but on the same pcs i only get 20fps in dota unless i make the game all blurry that you cant see shit. Go play the games yourself and you'll see the differences, And dont ever ask this question again because most people will just curse at the other game.
Well lol has more players than dota and is simpler. Dota is more competive and strategic and items play a bigger role Lol has a lot more characters than dota but in dota all guys are free to play while in lol only r 10 are free a week while you have to unlock the rest Lol has a lot more gamemodes and events
LoL focuses more on the teamplay while in Dota2 the individual ability can easily define the game(atleast that what I feel).....so donot kill steal in LoL...unless he/she is giving it to you.
Dota2 and Lol really similar.. But thing progress quite... Unusual It more like a religion with these two launching crusade (on internet) against each other

Rule of thumb on the internet, if you start comparing things and someone says that the other thing (other thing being the thing they don't like) is a ripoff then it's generally a good idea to not respond to them as you won't get any valueable information from there, of course if you're bored you can also fuck with them but i wouldn't recommend it.
Kill stealing is preety much no longer a thing unless you are stuck in the depths of elo hell. Unless you flash from far away to get the last hit on an enemy that was about to die its fine, as long as you were part of the cause that kill even happened in the first place most people will not say anything in regards to you taking the kill if you manage to do so, unless like i said you are stuck in the depths of bronze.
A simple joke to explain the whole dilemma: A dota player and a Lol player go into a bar and drink beer. It was a hot day and they start argueing about which game is better. The Dota player says: Lol is a shit game. The Lol player couldn't deny.
The items are completely different so ofc the item builds are completely different as well, but for obvious reasons if you are playing a tank you buy hp and armor and if you're playing an attacker you buy damage, this applies to every game. In terms of strategy since its a moba the general strategies will be the same as for everyother moba out there, you just accomplish it differently since there are different champions.
