    I know, I know. NUF isn't the best place to look for health and fitness topics. Nuffians, for most part, are leisurely people that likes reading, staying on computers, sleeping early (as in early morning....), etc. Living the healthy life

    Right now, I'm concocting a fitness plan for my physical education class. So I got curious about others. What do you actively do to keep yourself fit?

    Personally, I don't do much physical activities lately other than my usual walks during commute and a little stretching in the morning. While I am still not bad physical fitness-wise, and there are lots of room for improvement. I do want to gain weight (I don't pass the minimum weight requirement to donate blood, that's on my bucket list), I want to try hiking (I don't have anyone to go hiking with...), I want to join a 10k run (I join color manila yearly, but the 5k one), and maybe I can't list them now but I'm certain there are other things I want to add there haha.

    So yeah, what about you? Any health goals? What's your fitness routine? What outdoor activities do you find fun?

    Not going into gym as of now, so I compensate it with by practicing boxing using my punching bag, still struggling with the left jab

    I recently realized that eating cheese after taking a arrow to knee is a good way to stay healty

    mainly going to the gym and doing cardio but i have really been wanting to go swimming daily again, its so freeing

    Um, I have Upper Limits in PE (basically an upgrade), so I have no other choice than to work out. I like running on the treadmills for two minutes, at around...I don't know what speed, but at around the final 20 seconds, I push the machine to max level.

    I think you should just try and eat a bit more.

    Cutting out carbs for dinner is the closest healthy decision I've made recently.

    I do zumba and/or dance around 4 times a week. It does not feel like exercising and very fun so I actually look forward to it.

    I don't particularly go to the gym but I do a fair bit of walking and take part in outdoor sports just a bit. Plus I "try" to maintain a balanced diet so I would say I'm living a somewhat healthy lifestyle
