    Standing outside the changing room to say it is taking it a bit far.
    And also a bit stalkish, since the ML knows that only the FML is the only one inside.

    Also, i would call the police since i suspect the ML is breaking the law.
    I think he planted a hidden camera so that he knows when the FML is standing near the window while changing her clothes.
