Question How to download from Baidu

Hi,
I wanted to download a txt file from baidu, but I couldn't because they are asking me a chinese number phone, and even the account that I found from the web ask me a phone confirmation. So I wanted to know how can I download the file from Baidu please.

Just tried but it refused my phone number, perhaps that the "overseas" are only countries around China (Japan, Korea...). Don't know if it can help, but I'm french.

You can quickly download from baidu through the service SpeedBaidu I asked them to download them, everything is ok

 

Download Jdownloader2 ((I'm currently using the jar file as it doesn't require installation just requires that you install Java Runtime Environment JRE first which I already have)), that extension will help you out to download any file either its txt file or music file.

The file you linked is way too big. For large file sizes baidu forces you to use their cloud management software. See screenshot below:

They purposely make the download speed slow for non-paying users. As I am currently travelling, it'll take me a long time to finish downloading because I am not able to keep my computer open.

I suggest for you to register an account, install the baidu cloud software and download it yourself if you are set on getting the files. I think a lot of people don't realize that you can register for an account without using mobile number. It might not be obvious to spot, but there should be some kind of tab at the top to select register using email. Otherwise, it's also possible to register with mobile number as long as you remember to put the international code of your country in front. I've signed up to countless Chinese sites and have received verification codes on my phone with my local phone number, and I live in Australia.
