    Did he finish this novel? If not, It'd be like my favorite book all over again when the author died before writing the last book that would've solved all my questions T_T

    Too bad, this novel quite good, and the story have a different vibe with another reincarnation story

    Yes, though I posted in the spoiler thread about this. The author apparently died from chronic illness, though what that was is unstated. :blob_teary:

    sad to hear about the author's passing. really good story so far. I am at chapter 14 and I am thinking the strange behavior of franz is because he doesn't want his brother killed. the desire to gain the hourglass or whatever that costed the MC his life was to reset the clock and preserve his brothers from his mother's scheming. any thoughts?

    When I read the Author passed away, I immediately cursed. It feels regretful and sad man. Imagine these writers being as young as you and me. Perhaps the writing also reflects his life and characters

    I spoke to the translator about a collaboration to translate the novel faster.
    We talked back and forth and then nothing.

    It is just gut wrenching.

    Reminds me of the author at Lezhin that had cancer
