I try I do the test and sent them some of them don't bother to reply and some which did after week the ans was Translation position is filled(and they don't bother to update that on NU posts). It hard to translate especially tests which we don't know who are mc and who are side character but hours of translation and ans is position is filled or no ans. So I am tried of testing. +1 for Blogger/Adsense but be aware you're really not going to earn anything significant from translating (especially compared to the work you put in) unless your novel gets really popular, you stockpile a lot, and you use Patreon. Making a translating site on Blogger is the same as making any other site, so I don't really know what you mean when you say you don't know how to.
if you just need a place to post your translation you can look into nobles.jp, you can simply make an account and create book and just start submitting your translation. Then you can contact the admin through discord and he will share the adsense with you.
Idk why you think making translation site will give you money... Most of them work for free and just doing it out of hobby. I'm not sure if you can keep up with it with that mindset.
