I have this desire to make an own website , but i don't know how . I clearly know how to make a website using wordpress etc. but i heard that there are better options out there in this vast world . WordPress is the best option for a newbie. Unless you know languages such as html, css... and many more.

Some are listed below From Easy to Hard: 1- Using Wordpress you can create many kind of websites by only selecting a Theme. 2- Using online Drag & Drop services like weebly.com, webs.com and 000webhostapp.com etc, you can customize the look of your website and can add differents widgets to your website. 3- Learn HTML, CSS, Java Script & JQuery. This is the toughest but most rewarding because it gives you the most freedom to create and design your website however you like. To learn HTML CSS etc there are many sites that teach it but here are my suggestions. CodeCademy, W3Schools, FreeCodeCamp and a youtube channel named mmtuts. These are all free but some paid courses can be found on Lynda and Uedmy. Last but not the least pay someone to build a website for you. if you need help just PM me. dreammaker has a free trial, you can manually code it while learning how to with youtube tutorials or you could just use Wix, which helps you create a simple website for free

If you want a website, but dont really care bout the nuts and bolts, use a service like SquareSpace or whatever. If you wanna learn it on your own, Udacity has nice courses on Intro to Web Dev. Do that and you're good to go. Fair warning, it's not an easy thing, building a good website. I mean, everyone and their cat can build a website, but only cats or those who have good web dev expertise can build a good one
Go on to your favourite page left click the mouse select view source a small box with code should pop up at the bottom copy it and paste in to a JavaScript and then just change the title or what you want to change and then bam your done just upload it and wait for the original website to sue you
if you have no money to spend, your only option is free services, of which wordpress is the best. yes the fundamentals of website design is html and css, further boosted by javascript if you know how to keep your site secure. but these skills are wasted if you are not hosting your own site, which requires spending to support.
pay someone, it's really not expensive, probably the price of hosting for a year really. If you want to create a site outside the services that let you byass most of the coding it's going to take months before you can even make a proper site let alone make one that's actually better then the services liek Wordpress and Squarespace etc etc.
Depends what you need it for. For fun there is a lot of options, from scratch...Well it will take some time.
Better options eh. Well,sorry to dissappoint you but wordpress is one of the best option,not forgetting it's free. There is blogger ,wizwebsite(not sure that this is the name) or what,i saw an ad about it Just search on google top 10 website making hacks/options who knows..
