Honestly, I can't take the article seriously since the image of 200 lawyers raiding a hospital is far too comical in my mind. Just the boring, suit wearing stereotype, perhaps Phoenix Write or something like that.
...I get that lawyers are supposed to be educated af and should know ethics. I also understand that the govt will just shove this case into icebox for fear that these lawyers will go political, but seriously, every single one of them need to account for the three deaths, every single lawyer murdered three lives. (math makes no sense but think about it) To lose their license is a small deal, because as a lawyer they should know the penalty of manslaughter. Yet I can only lament on the fact that the govt will just "forget about it".
Bro, I have been in situations where someone will get into a fistfight just by accidentally bump into each other and both refuses to apologise, so I can tell you there are people like that, very scary and mentally deranged people. Looks normal on the outside but complete psychopath inside.
I never thought lawyers would do something like this. And why the hell would they even attack intensive care? That might have been the stupidest thing they did (except for actualy attacking the hospital).
Now I really want to know why the young lawyers were arguing against the doctors. Did the doctors ask them to do something sane like not have the full entourage in the small office at the same time or did the doctors say something like I can do nothing for your mother? Either way, who goes with 6 of their colleagues to the hospital for their sick mother's treatment? Clearly something crazy went on in there and I need the tea!

I am not absolving the doctors of blame. But reacting to something even if it's poor judgement and being stupid on social media is different from planning an attack. HK was protesting and civil disobedience. Yes it got violent but this was declaring war
