    C10: The MC in The Gamer (manhwa) consistently puts it into INT, I believe. Maybe that's because it's a manhwa?
    C12: As a loner I resent that statement. LMAO no but honestly, by the end he learns the benefits of being around people. At least, if you're going by the super awful translation I read.

    I personally am wondering where the manhwa will, if at all, diverge from the LN.

    Min maxing is a legitimate tactic in RPG character creation.

    Fallout 3...

    Str: 6
    Agility: 10
    Perception: 10
    Intelligence: 10
    Charisma: 1
    Endurance: 1
    Luck: 2

    The most powerful possible character build. With the right perks, of course...:blobjoy:

    Hmm not Str 10? lmao I'm a big fan of str because I'm weak IRL haha. Giant Bomb gave me some interesting info on min maxing (I'm unfamiliar with it wtf I'm such a newb):
    "Game designers may dislike min-maxing because it discourages variety in play through extreme specialization. It can also 'break' the difficulty balance of a game--making parts of a game too easy or too hard--since games are usually tuned with the goal of providing a reasonable (and thus enjoyable) level of challenge throughout for all normal character builds. A min-maxed character build can often puncture the intended equilibrium of difficulty by being unreasonably good at one thing and unreasonable bad at many others." But since this story in particular isn't about a game, but about survival, I'm not as sure how far min-maxing as a concept applies. Even though "The System" was created by [a certain ____ I won't mention since it'd be a spoiler] for _______ reason [also a huge spoiler] it is not in itself a game. So I don't think min-maxing is particularly relevant in this context. In A One Man Army and LMS, yes, it's relevant. That's why Weed in LMS has so many skills he's strong in, I think...

    This character is designed to be a maximum class gunner and unarmed combatant. There’s a perk in Broken steel allows you to get 9 on all stats...

    Stripping off all points from endurance and luck, as well as completely unnecessary charisma gives you the high agility and perception..the min maxing happens in the stats NOT maxed..

    It’s an interesting build...I love min maxing!:aww:

    :cookie:I think charm or charisma and luck are indeed unnecessary! :hmm:But if you have association at all with religious groups (think Weed, LMS) you need a fairly high faith stat...otherwise I'd say get rid of the faith stat.

    After thinking for 5mins, I understand why most authors, especially KR authors like this one would focus on STR in the first place, most if not all would do so. Cuz it makes you looked jacked. With washboard abs and guns. Manners maketh the man, Stats maketh the state. Case and point, The Gamer MC main Mage lane looks like stick dude, same with his fan fic part, GamerxRWBY Jaune would look non-muscular unless he goes super saiyan. Worth the candle MC Juniper had said to boost his PHY (includes STR) and grew muscle mass, local princess is pleased as the stickman grew thick.

    Though jokes aside, messing with INT and WIS is a dumb way to go, Jaune experienced firsthand with the boost in WIS, while the DM outright refuse to increase Juniper's, cuz he will not be able to remain as his own self.
