urgh there was an update, but I already forgot on what happened on this novel before

It's been almost three month. That group needs to make sure no one make a novel pick up request

 

Three months ?!?
That means time for another chapter ...
The translator has been releasing a chaptee or maybe 2 saying that the following chapter will be published that "day" or "next day" and taking few months break and come back n post achapter or 2 and repeat the cycle ...
Just to be clear i dont blame the GROUP as they hav expressed their own frustration on finding another translator for KN while their current translator's action of releasing few chapters and false promises of further releases "immediately" while taking months to update ... This pattern of releasing chapters every few months or so, is more likely than not, the reason that this novel can't be picked up by another group

 

I feel you, the translator either doing it on purpose or they truly been busy with empty promises.

 

Maybe its both ... Maybe he knows he is unable to stick to ANY schedule or promises he makes AND he doesn't want any1 else or any other group taking over "his project" so he posts the chapters in such a way that it prevents other group from picking up ...
Remember everytime BEFORE he takes his "break" he says that "next chapter is already translated and will be uploaded later in the day or tomorrow" .... And then he releases this chapter 3 months later

and here i thought that it was the raws that were slow :/

 

The raw book already completed more than a year i think a year or 2.

 

do you know how many chapters are left ? just to make sure i'll read the epilogue withing my lifespan

 

around 100+ total chapters are 348 Chapters (Completed)

 

lol you guys have the same problem as people who reads law of the devil. The translator translates a chapter or 2 every three or so months.

It's called holding the novel hostage.
Also, Novel Updates rule is that anyone can pick up a novel after one month of less than two releases.

P. S. I would pick it up but I had to cut back on Korean novels and focus on BL Novels because BL Novels are so darn popular

And don't get me started on popularity of BL novels .. in the beginning i was quite irritated/pissed/envious when i saw BL novels getting consistent, speedy and good quality translation while some of the "good novels" (selfish .. i know ) i was following were stuck in a rut, semi-abandoned or switching translators like hot potato .... example I am the monarch, revolution of 8th class mage, reincarnator etc etc
Will definitely check one man army when able as it sounds like my type of novel

 

Revolution of an 8th Class Mage is now called Return of the 8th Class Mage previous translation of title was wrong.
I will try to increase the release speed of 8th Class Mage.

Well it took me a while to find good translators but it's worth it even though it's more expensive
