    If it's both, and you didn't have issues before, I would follow Mr Pankcakes' suggestion and do a system restore to a date where it was working. Easiest solution.

    Well I only terminate the process that I know what they do like adolbe update n bingbar service but they r just fine so far plus this happened sometimes when I don't even terminate the process(when I'm not playing games)

    But when said this I think I just installed discord apps and dev c++ since that happened , any idea these guy could harm my process?

    Now that I think about it maybe it can be some compatibility issue. Check if your system or mouse drivers and/or programs have been updated recently (many times the new versions tend to be bugged). If yes then hope that the developers fix it fast enough or try to revert the thing to a previous version.
    Or you forgot to update your system and drivers for too long and you need to do it right now (exact opposite of first :blobexpressionless:)
