Hey guys like the title says, a few weeks ago it came to my mind the scene and a bit of the story outline of this movie but i can't remember the title in the slightless. The scene is about a man who is supposedly crazy, since he said he can hear aliens, and wanted to make some sort of ritual so that the aliens go home or something(?). Well in any case his family didn't believie him and send him to a mental sanatorium to get him better but nothing work out, then a group of university students or somenthing suggest to make the ritual to appease him. During the ritual the lights of lamps near started to fluctuate at the end and when the ritual finishes the man is cured. It's an american movie from the 80-90's, when the ritual was ocurring it was being filmed by the group which suggest it( it was for a work or something).
I think there was a k pax book as well, the movie and the book were a bit different... but I don’t remember the details
