I can't use any iso mounting program

    So I down grade my laptop from windows 10 to windows 7 but I can't use daemon tools or alcohol at all

    yeah try installing the windows again. . .
    and try to see if the ISO mounting program you are using is for that type of windows. . .
    because sometimes they got a different program for different type of OS. . .

    is it x64 or x86
    usually this is the problem

    Like others have said make sure the program matches the OS Specs, such as 32, 86 and 64 bit. Also you may want to make sure you have Microsoft Framework installed, without that it wont work right. Of course when you install a program, the program should alert you to install the necessary programs needed to run before the actual program installs.

    If still having problems, you may need to run windows repair or reinstall like others have said as well. And depending how you rolled back your windows to 7 from 10 you may have clashing OS system programs or such. You may have to do a clean install, so I recommend saving any important data before you do.

    if you want a small, free iso/img mounting tools, then may i suggest WinCDemu ? it is less than 2MB. i've been using it for years now.
