It’s the tagline of a joke. What if you had to go through a voice menu system to avert WW 3? After all, in the movie “Wargames”, the world was saved by playing “Tic-tac-toe”.
If I had to go through voice menu system to avert ww3 then ww3 is happening and since I know which counties will get hit I will move to the ones not effected. if all countries are affected then I will use the chaos to steal mining equipment and other tech to build a self sustaining base in a mountain. no one is going to notice when I steal from a worn torn country and secretly ship it in all of that chaos.
