Description:

Haruki Kyouko, who is born sickly and frail, has a dream to reincarnate into an Otome game.

She loved the world and setting of the Otome Game『Magic and Lover ~Love, Magic and Adventure~』or shortened as MagiLover. More than anything, she loved the Villainess' brother, Heathcliff.
However, you can only obtain the friendship ending with Heathcliff as he's only a Game guide-like character.
So she wishes that she would reincarnate as the Villainess Anna Marie and live together with Heathcliff as family in her dying breath.

However, when her memories of her past life return during the beginning of the game's segment...
"I did it! It's the world of MagiLover! ...Wait, not you (The Heroine)!"

Instead of being reincarnated as the Villainess Anna Marie, she reincarnated as the Heroine Lisa.

Spending her time reborn as the strong Light elemental user who is healthy, lucky and beloved by everyone is relatively easy.
She becomes best friends with Anna Marie whom she admired and play middle man to repair Anna Marie's relationship with her fiance the crown prince.
With how much she was able to successfully destroy the Villainess condemnation flags, the future may just be able to change!

Wait, maybe she can now aim for the previously non-existent romance ending with the Villainess' brother Heathcliff!?

Summary of the story so far from the manga:

It was an unexpected story where the reincarnated person instead of rejoicing at being the protagonist or thinking they are doomed as the villain and want to avoid their doom flags, the reincarnated girl wants to be the villainess instead and initially thought that being the heroine sucks cause it means she can't get close to her favorite character.
It was actually the wish of the girl's best friend back before her death to let her be reincarnated as a heroine.
By the end of the first chapter, the reincarnated girl decided to make do with her situation and aim to be friends with the Villainess while trying to aim for her brother (Though she still had to go through some of the events of the original LI's of MagiLover to get the Heathcliff event flags)
She was able to get Anna Marie closer with her fiance and became friends with two girls Rose and Daisy.
Chapter 10 of the manga ends with a cliffhanger of Lisa fearing what will happen next since she is currently at the event where the route she ends up in will be decided and she'd rather go for Heathcliff than the actual LI's of the game.

• Our MC. Used to be frail and sickly in her first life that she never went to school. Has a little brother back when she's alive and a good best friend who introduced her to MagiLover.
• She reincarnates as Heroine because of the Best Friend because the best friend believes that being heroine would be better for her than to be a villainess.
• After recovering her original life's memories, she has her memories merged with the actual Lisa Cordelia. Lisa is originally a commoner who is adopted into the Earldom of Cordelia after it was spread out wide that Lisa has Light magic.
• Lisa awakened her light magic protecting the children in her hometown from a monster attack.
  
• Her new goal is to befriend Anna Marie, destroy her condemnation flags and hopefully aim for the Heathcliff romance ending.
• Her initial love for Heathcliff is more of that of a fan's admiration and love for their idol but she does show to actually grow to love Heathcliff as a person.

• ML of this story. Originally a game-guide NPC of MagiLover and you can only obtain the friendship ending with him in the original game. In the other endings, he'll always stick by Anna Marie's side.
  
• This is because in the world of MagiLover, those with magic are usually placed in higher regard and most noble families always discourage their children who had magic to never involve themselves with those who don't have magic. Heathcliff doesn't have magic while Anna Marie does. Due to this, Heathcliff couldn't formally attend the Royal academy beyond as a visitor. This stigma in the setting is also why there's only a friendship ending with him in the original MagiLover story.
  
• Protective and worry for Anna Marie and is generally seen as an overbearing but kind older brother. He's 9-10 years older than Anna Marie and Lisa and currently 25 years old.

  1. Heathcliff actually has dark magic, but he didn't gain it naturally. It was through a contract with a demon. He hides the fact that he can use it at all because it would also potentially reveal his contract and deal with the demon.
     
  2. When Anna Marie first awakened her fire elemental magic ten years before the start of the story, he was jealous of her at a point that he sought out a way to get stronger and found a book that sealed the demon Elliot.
  3. Elliot offers to make a deal with Heathcliff but Heathcliff hesitated until Elliot threatened to kill his sister which got Heathcliff to accept the deal.
  4. Since then, Heathcliff is driven with guilt over endangering Anna Marie due to his contract with Elliot and he has some plans to make use of Lisa's light elemental magic in order to stop the demon.

• Villainess of MagiLover and Heathcliff's little sister.
• Has fire elemental magic.
• Initially envious of Lisa but hearing the reincarnated Lisa saying "I wanted to be like you", she softened her stance on Lisa and since Lisa helps her get along with Stephen, has come to see Lisa as her best friend.

Daisy and Rose:

• Both are Anna Marie's friends and later Lisa's. Daisy is the daughter from a minor Baron while Rose is from the Burgly family. Rose is 18 years old.

• Second prince and Anna Marie's fiance.
• Thanks to Lisa's interference and help by making use of the event flags she would have gotten to be given to Anna Marie, Anna Marie and Stephen's engagement is going well and steady.

• Stephen's friend, the local flirt love interest of the game.

Kieran:

• A commoner student and one of the love interests of the game.
• Has one of the darker pasts among the original love interests. He activated his magic and killed his drunk abusive father to protect his little brother and was brought to the academy to control his magic.

Venicius Midford:

• Apprentice researcher of the Royal Academy and son of the Midford Countdom.

Kartz:

• A knight and student of the Royal Academy, one of the love interests of the game.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot being revealed about the OG Love interests of the Otome Game MagiLover at the moment.
The author mentions that the webnovel is going to be published as an actual novel with potential expansions since the last update of the webnovel is at 2021 and they may expand more from what is uploaded in the syosetsu in the published novel. ><

Do you know if ML falls for the FL or does he only want to use her?

 

I saw the raws until ch19, couldn't read them of course, but it seems he does. Since the first chapters you can see he touches her hair a lot, which is the manga equivalent of liking and being interested in the other person.

I think they're at the villainess engagement ceremony and some temple guys wants to acuse the villainess of dark magic or something.

When Heathcliff seems about to confess, Lucy jumps in and convinces everyone that it's part of her magic or something. Heathcliff changes her clothes into dark one's behind her and embarrassed they let it go.

It seemed Lucy had been getting clues through out previous chapters and she didn't mind. They talk after the ceremony and seem quite happy with each other. Heathcliff is all embarrassed.
