I remember a about 20 years old male who didn't start cultivating/techniques yet, but only has a very fast feet technique to escape from anyone. He challenges his foes with a straight face who are much powerful than him, then when they're about to start as the opponent diverts his eyes for a second, the next moment the mc had already started running away and opened a great distance. This happens a lot in this manga. In the first chapters, there's also an old man who is an expert of explosives and bombs, he gives people who annoyed him gift boxes and tells them to open it in secret because its very valuable inside. Then the people blow of when they open it.
Glad to be of help. I hope more people read this manhwa cuz it's epic. It is, in my humble but unpopular opinion, better than the The Breaker: New Waves (same author). But for some reason, it isn't remotely as popular/acclaimed/doesn't get the exposure it deserves.
The art's a bit different; the plot is also different and, maybe, the audience that it targets makes the difference - genre wise.
