Hmm i has the uuri friend who likes wandering around naked, the shy roommate, the gravity manipulations, it goes to a satellite later in the series, where they compete in track against aliens for earth. And came out origionally as a six ep ova

 

It's original japanese with english sub, the end credits is also japanese
