Forgotten Title I have an Anime gif in my Head

I have no Idea what that Anime was but i saw a gif once that i thought was kinda funny and i havent been able to find it since.

In that gif there were some thugs or vigilantes pressuring some old man in the streets. Probably mugging or threatening him. Then a kinda buff guy, probably the mc, walks on the streets towards them. Everyone looks at him like "huh what u want punk", while MC is also super serious. Camera Moving back and forth a few times showing all these tense faces.
Then the mc just walks to the left in a lil side street of some sort and leaves them alone.

Anyone knows what that gif is and link it here, or even knows where that scene is from?

EDIT: If i remeber correctly (which i might not) the style was somewhat like great teacher onizuka
