I have no funds but want to make an RPG with Black MC. Any solutions ?

Starting my own videogames company is not an option for me, and I can't even afford to buy a midspec PC to make my own Black MC eroge. I really really think the world needs a fantasy RPG with an African looking protagonist paired with a White or Japanese main heroine, so is there any way to make this commercial product a reality ? I can imagine how some Black teens in the US would cry with overjoyment at seeing the MC sharing their skin color and hairstyle for once after having played countless RPGs with White and Japanese/Asian protagonists. In such a game, a White dude can become the best friend character paired with his own girl for diversity and equal representation. Any ideas ?

And in any case, if OP seriously means to make such a game, I'd suggest crowdfunding, but only if you know where to get your art, how to write a story, etc
