depending on how old your sister is, there are different ways of handling. there is always the option of telling your parents about her plan of bodily harm. no need to talk about how she is threatening you and being a bitch, just tell your parents. shes probably going through a phase where she is egotistical yet insecure about everything

as a person which has trouble with feeling connections to people (family included) and have no maturity about her and so can't understand what you're feeling right now this is my advice: tell your sister you think she is a bitch and explain to her that her boyfriend is ugly and so you would only be with him in your nightmare, and even this is questionable. do it in a safe place from a safe distance and have a witness to see just what her reaction is. bodily harm in this state means she's gone, forget you had a sister, ever. if she takes it any better (several levels better, not just acting better but actually being just slightly better than bodily harm) than your salvageable but with extreme caution and several red lights active. on the plus side, i found your story interesting enough to create an account so kudos. i've been here for awhile, like loooong while, but never found a reason to (i am an eternal lurker~)

Well i say it this way hope you do not live with her in same house. If so think first how and when you could change this fact. The problem is even with curt case it will take a fucking long way (the corona shit makes it not better) and she does not get into prison right away. In some countries there are safety houses for females with domestic violence (know it is not 100% a case here but still a try) The first you need the physical distance if you want to talk do it in open space like café, restaurant so you can get witness, because family member aka your mother do not need to talk in curt ...both parties are her family. Edit:Try to get the conservation on tape mostly the sound so you get the prof of threat an open mobile phone in an open bag should do it but try it first in the location before you set it all up. Edit V.2: Also a detective with better equipment is possible to get the sound, photos and you have someone right on your site if it escalates there but it will cost some money.
She lived with her boyfriend before then moved back because of conflict with the bf , my plan is to just ignore her for now and if she makes a move call the police, it's now in a wait and see state
