Recommendations I need a novel with an insanely OP MC but i might have accidently read every novel that has one help

I think the the whole being a Japanese character is they will be super OP (normally from the start) but they will have a OP handicap also (normally Mental), be it laziness or apathy to a point where they can watch bad things around them happen and not care to help to the point you hate reading about the character. Most of them are just a push over for women and they will be taken advantage of in every encounter. Or just a coward and heaven and earth will have to fall on there heads to make them act. As you can guess I don't enjoy japanese characters.
