1 and 3..if possible make each person in the group of different races with different skills to fulfill each others deficiencies..add some cool villains scheming in the background and a damsel to save.

Which one? #1 and #2 are almost same, but just different perspective. It's a story about peoples with different race (some of them was Immortal), job/class and personality that adventuring, hunting immortal and treasure together (I want to give more info, but I fear that will be a spoiler)
As for #3: It's like the future of #1 but are fine to read even before reading #1 or #2. Most character from #1 appear again but with different race/class but still have the same personality, the meet at some point and starting a city (or a dungeon city).

Probably, but I think not that greatly....
It's just that we will see Narrator-san tsukomi in his mind, several different chapter and different ending (after all it's Narrator's Tale) in #2
