    this one stumped me for a while: 美颜都不知道开多少级了才凹出这么个勉强能看的角度。as far as i understand, it's talking about beauty filters (?), a beauty standard in china, and an angle that is hard to see. thank you in advance!

    someone maxed out the beauty filter to barely get a slightly acceptable look. (means, the person is very ugly)
