I only saw one mention of The Expanse, so I'll add my voice to that. People kept recommending it to me, but I never found the time - until earlier this month, when I binged watched all the available seasons. It's amazing. The best scifi show since Farscape, for me. Can't wait for the next season. Marvel superhero stuff is ok. I really enjoyed first season of Daredevil (because of Kingpin). Luke Cage is really stylish and I found both seasons enjoyable enough. Punisher is good. For something a bit different, but still entertaining, I would mention Preacher, Legion and American Gods. I also got into Travelers - really entertaining show. For older stuff: Farscape, Babylon 5, Burn Notice, Mentalist, White Collar, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Life, Life on Mars, Dexter, Breaking Bad...too many to list, but those are some that I have most fond memories of. EDIT: I can't believe I forgot to mention two of my all time favourite shows: The Band of Brothers (might argue its among the best TV shows ever created) and Poirot (murder mysteries 101 with the best Hercule Poirot ever, David Suchet).

Although I've already watched many of the series mentioned, I have decided to put some others on my to watch list, which are: West World Altered Carbon Stranger Things Marvel TV shows The Office Rick and Morty 13 Reasons Why Better Call Saul You brought back some old memories. I love that show. Still salty about the ending though.
You are in the minority though. Almost everywhere is rank as one of the bests (sometimes even over TNG). I guess it didn't worked for you, and I understand. People love the 2001: the space odyssey yet I find it boring. Same with Sopranos/Godfather/Goodfellas, the mafia movies don't really attract me.
