LCD I Never Run Out of Mana

What is our MC goal? I know he loves his mom and wanted to take care of her. Which was surprisingly fast. But right after that he's just on the grind for money and strength. And I can't really call stopping someone plot to make you their tool a goal in life.

 

Iirc, all he's ever mentioned is him wanting to get rich and to be strong enough to protect his mother.
No grand life goals or anything like that so far.

And really... isn't that a common goal in life? Build some equity, probably get married and have kids while having enough money when you retire to enjoy life until you die. By comparison, there's relatively much less people who have aspirations to get a Nobel Prize or win a gold medal in the Olympics.

 

so is there's someone who can tell me, why this novel has tragedy tag? is it his mother will .... ? i hope its not like that.

 

That's the thing yo1!1! He has all of that right now. Pretty sure he's spent millions, bare minimum of 1.5m USD, on gear with plenty of wealth in the bank. His mother is healthy/safe; could've retired in another country too.
I won't denounce his drive yet I will question it. Does he not realize he has everything he desired? Does he really need this set or does he really want it.... I just wanna pick our MC brain a little

 

He still has the fear that he will be suppressed by the senior awakened, guilds, government or other people that can target his mother and he won't be strong enough to stop/prevent it.

 

Well if the author kills off thenmother it will be like a punch to the balls, slow and would make it seem like the reader is shit because it has been hinted at for like 20 chapters...so i feel like the tradgedy might be the bullying and whatever it is that happened to his dad, and maybe he will lose stuff along the way... its not like tags are all powerful and know everything,

Nice to see an new Chapter but now it means to wait an whole week again q_q.

After the last chapter I thought immediately about Steel Skin and now. BAM! Steel Skin. Nice.
And it can even protect against unranked Skills.

 

I Like this Story, the MC is a little Psycho, but he's not a utter Douche like most similar stories.
If I had to complain about anything, its that the other characters are pretty low quality.
and alot of times, really Stupid.

 

Jup, this and he is pursuing for more power. I really like this.

And the best: there are no annoying women who ruin everything. He just sticks to his goals.

 

MC's hero is obviously Leylin...

 

Hmm I would really wish that we would get more than one chapter per week.

I think the complaint is the "hour after 20:00" part. Just say 21:00, or 9 pm, or 2100 hours.

The only thing I can think of is a vague memory of 8 pm being a culturally significant time, so she's essentially saying something like....

An hour before midnight...

Which is awkward but not unheard of.

 

Our MC is Going for the TKO using his OP-ness.
