OP MC, EITHER HYPOCRITE MC OR PATHETIC MC , TORTURED MC OR SADISTIC MC, 0 IQ SIDE CHARACTERS, BEAUTIFUL GIRLS WHO DO NOT HAVE EYES FOR OTHERS EXCEPT MC AND WANT TO SLEEP WITH HIM AND SO THE LIST WILL GO ON AND ON. (SO I DECIDED FROM NOW ONWARD I'D RATHER READ CREEPY HORRORS RATHER THAN THOSE DISGUSTINGLY SICKLY HAREM ISEKAI NOVELS. WELL SOME PEOPLE'S VIEW HAVE DIFFERENCE AND LOVE THOSE HAREM NOVELS. Reverend Insanity is best isekai adventure EDIT: it is a very good novel, but you should have some familiarity with cultivation/eastern fantasy novels for the best experience
'He Who Fights With Monsters', it is not horror but does contain some slight moments of gore , not a bad novel (so far at least) You can also try 'Kuro no Maou' if you didn't, not a bad novel

I completely agree with you if you get tired reading in one genre then switch to another one and so on then go back to that genre and it would feel like your reading something new. Not only that you will understand more about your preferences and discover genres that you are really into
