There were good idea in comments that second stage she could Accelerate time ... backwards, like rewinding. Something like superman rewinding time on earth in one of films. And it looks like she is final boss and had memory from beginning. So it was 3rd novel by Toika that was fully translated. And judging by speed in 2 months there will be 4th one. That's quite an accomplishment. P.S. it's quite interesting how many times she rewinds time before.
