Usually they already have plans for promotion, distribution and publishing of other novels and they need to put this somewhere in between that.

Also, june is summer holidays~ which should mean higher demand from the student consumers~

 

Someone recently released a real translation, starting from chapter 48, but it's been removed and I can't remember/find the site it was posted on. Anyone know what's going on with that?

 

I saw that a ch-48 suddenly appeared too. I was by the Yado Inn group who does a couple of other stories I follow, so I my hopes were raised. Anyway, here's what they had to say about it:

The official Twitter account for Earth Star Entertainment's Earth Star Novel imprint announced on Tuesday that FUNA's Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?! (Watashi, Nōryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne!) light novel series has an anime project in the works. The announcement did not specify the format of the new anime.

FUNA launched the original novel on the "Shōsetsuka ni Narō!" (Let's Become Novelists!) website in January 2016, and it is ongoing. Taibundo and Earth Star Novel published the first volume in print with illustrations by Itsuki Akata in May 2016, and the seventh volume will ship on March 15.

Neko Mint launched the manga adaptation on Earth Star Entertainment's Comic Earth Starwebsite in August 2016. The second compiled volume shipped in October 2017.

 

The manga adaptation is TERRIBLE, they skipped all the best parts. I hope they don't do the same with the anime.

 

if you're talking about the original school arc. that Miles went to, they didn't skip it they just moved it into the second volume and had it as a flashback arc when Miles told her story to the Red Oath girls

 

Heey.... Can I ask for some chapters? Rock Lizard Chapters, they were supposed to sell them to a merchant but the merchant offered less than market price for them.

Anyone know what's up with Average Translations? The comments on chapter five left me very confused. I can't tell if s/he is planning to continue on with chapter six, skip to chapter 50, or drop it altogether.

 

Anyone have a pdf or other version of chaps 5 - 49. rtd old site is down so the tls there are gone and they said they dont know if they will port over the chapters to new site.

 

They're posting them on the new site. But NU is linking to them as if they're new translations, even though the old links to the same chapters have dead links. Why not fix the existing links? Or maybe that's impossible. I don't know how the site works.

Anyway, it looks like they're going back up now.

I sent a trouble report to NU this morning after I saw your post and figured out that there was a new site. I see the Mods have updated the links to ch-21 as of right now. I also gave them the head's up that all of RTD's novels' links will need fixing.

 

Yeah, I was wondering why RTD links were deleted. Was kinda hyped that some one else was tackling this novel.
