I saw something on tiktok that makes me want to beat someone up!!!

This guy made a free app that does your homework for you why wasn’t this made when I was in school? Why must you toy with me fate you bitch I was never given such divine help as a child but kids are now I will never forgive you

 

Letting an app do your homework won't help you in the long run ~

 

But it’s easier and you always get way too much homework I had to go to a religious thing right after school every day and come back at 6:30pm I never had time for homework and always got in trouble

 

I'm not sure, I'm just pragmatic about this app, but in fact I never needed to do my homework to get my diplomas ~

 

What kind of homework? o.o

 

bitch plz when I was in school calculators were not allowed. I think they only allowed calculators when I was already 11th grade which I had already passed the state test required for graduation. and my finals were easy in senior year since I no longer had a math class.

I mean... Most of Middle School and High School homework is just pointless stuff that you won't need in the long run though. They're just exercises to help you practice for the stuff you'll see in the uni entrance exams... Or at least in my country it was like that~

So well, having an app to help you get free grades for those would be nice I say~

 

In reality the purpose of these exercises are for the construction and development of the brain and its mechanics, that's all ~

 

I mean, you can do those at school if that was their purpose, no need to do them at home...

And I can absolutely assure you that nobody in my high school cared about construction and development of the brain... They just asked us to do exercises of past uni entrance exams again and again to help us pass them... >.>

In middle school they might have had more of a meaning though, but I dunno because I never did them either way~

 

But teachers put to much pressure on you by giving you too much homework acting like only they gave you homework and the other subject teachers didn’t it all piles up and stresses you out and teachers expect you to do their homework first and on time with no leeway at all

 

How good exactly is the homework app? Is the just some basic machine learning algorithm or can it also do advanced word problem computations?

Mmmmmmm, well, it's certainly a lot more fun to learn about the stuff we actually care about, as opposed to what we're forced to learn at school~

 

We're all different, so how do you want to teach 23 students (number of children back in my classes) the same way to all of them? ~

 

“Why did you fail all yours tests? You made good grades on all your homework assignments… You’re not cheating or using some kind of app or any thing, right? That would be such a shame since homework is only worth 30% of your grade and tests are 70%” Every high school teacher nowadays.

They know better, just do your work kids. Knowledge is power after all

PS I think it’s fine to use such apps to get a better understanding of the work you are doing if you don’t understand it well or to check your work. The point is to learn at the end of the day and some teachers are bad at their jobs
