so yeah. I'm thinking of creating a novel with your everyday protagonist isekai transfer. But in this world there is only so called active skill. But he has a passive skill called "plot armor" with high luck stat So what do you think. And I know its a little childish but im just a newbie so yahh.. Is there like someone already thought that kind of idea for a novel?
Just create it and do your best, if it's good you will be praise and if not someone will boo boo you but this is experience.. So just go with it
I think something like plot armor are something unwritten passive to almost every isekai novel especially jp, the story itself would dying if the mc doomed on middle storyline. You could give a try, be it good or bad novel isnt something known before even starting.
Go ahead and do it! It's best to write it down while still inspired so do your best. Just please don't suddenly make the story into nonsense.
That sounds like what every protagonist has by default, you are just quantifying it (which isn't exactly a bad thing per se because by justifying it you kind of eliminate some of the complaints BUT at same time you create a paradox by justifying it because if it is quantified, that means it operates all the time, thus it makes it hard to put the MC at disadvantageous situations in the first place. I would add some sort of exceptions to make it not absolute) Overall though, I think you have stuff a bit backwards. When writing, your first priority is making the plot. Only then do you make the MC that fits into said plot. Unless you plan on writing a short story. Of course I am not discouraging you, it is best to write and fail rather than not write at all. Because you gain a lot of experience once you start writing. After you start writing, you will even begin to read novels differently.
Lost the interest in the 'everyday protagonist isekai transfer' part. Still, do your best and good luck.
Very true. When I wanted to improve my writing I began to take notes while I read. It slowed down my reading a bit, but I think I'm getting a lot more out of it. Good luck on your endeavor!
