Tbh I’m not mad that he’s in love with another woman as long as he was infatuated with her before being married to fl and if he doesn’t cheat during their marriage. It’s unreasonable to expect that every man and woman to be a saint and not love anyone before meeting ML/FL.
According to the manga raws the blondie gives goody two shoes vibes, and when confronting the MC after the wedding, the MC just thinks she’s cute. In the original she was supposed to raise a ruckus against the blonde girl, MC was confronted by the ML but instead just let him know that he just missed her. The ML went to blondie and asked if she was okay, but blondie just let her know there were no issues, the older brother of ML was there and interrupted them and reminded the ML that he is a married man and shouldn’t be alone with a woman (blondie in this case).
Spoiler: so I read some chapter from the novel raws -there going to be countless rumours, because ML leave FL at home and he going out with Rize. -nearly on ch. 70 there is going to be a boat incident when FL, nearly drowned, she was unconsious 3 days, at this point ML is worried about her. - there's going to be a territorial war between FL and ML's family -FL going to critized by the duke's side and her own familys side too. - There's is going to be a party, the princess going to be appologise because she misjudged her, she and the Empress defending her. Then they rush away because of an assassination attempt of the emperor. After then when the duke family going home the FL, the Ducches and Rize are kidnapped, by FL's brother, when the Ducchess and Rize is saved, FL was abadoned, they didn't searched the area well (Killian wasn't in the group, I think he was in the war), she was dropped to the underground basement, FL was able run away because the mercenary who tied her hands up, pitied her, and loosed the ropes, but Rize knowed she is there, and lied them. If the mercenary didn't pity her, she would frozen to death, she gived the mercenary the necklance what she got from Killian as a gift. - after they found her, she was treated as a spy/traitor, and nobody belived her, only ML. He scolded pretty much his brother, that Edith was there in the underground prison, so he is an idiot, because he didn't searched the place well. The duke live Edith at Killian Disposal. - Rize wisit her in the prison, and trying to frame Edit. She bring a knife with her, and she setts up as Edith attacked her. But ML don't belive it, and saying, how it possible that the knife is warm when Edith is as cold as a death body. After the incident she going to faint and ML and a maid I think Anna going to wipe the body of her, and they going to see the whip mark and the beating marks, ML feeling very much guilty -There's going to be a whitness I think he was a temple knight who saw the kidnapping incident, after he say everything what he saw on the day of the kidnapping...like FL was rebelled her brother was kicked in stomach, hitted on face etc, they (duke and ducches) repent, but do not wait some deep regret (it was disappointing). - FL was the 13th "Edith" who supposed to be killed and tortured by Rize - Rize is the author of the original story. -FL going to tell ML that she was reircarnated, ML deeply regret his past actions, and he blame himself pretty much, because he couldn't protect her. - I think on the and they going to have 2 or 3 kids, ML-s brother married whith an another woman, who is the opposite of Rize: not a beauty, not to much outstanding, she having brown hair.
