I think the whole growing up and living together is already fading away as kids get raised by daycares and split up from siblings in that manner, rarely seeing their parents and having less of a symbiotic bond with each other. Along with that sex has been becoming more and more common amongst youth due to influences from the internet and lack of parental supervision. The only thing remaining right now is the archaic sense of morality that makes people go 'ewwwww'. Were what you said to happen, it'd still take some time to lose that stigma. (Just like people still believe foreskin is ewww in various cultures, when any reason to remove it was disproven by science.)

In this twenty-first century of ours, women have also became independent (which is really good and I am in favor of it), but there busy life leads them to not paying enough attention to their kids. A lot of parents hire nannies to look after their newborn baby. This is also a common thing in the US and UK. Believe it or not, nowadays children spend more time with their nannies than their parents.
