It starts off with a lot of emotional hurt with unrequited love from the FL towards the MC until they finally get together in the end. The book settings are: 1. xianxia 2. high school 3. entertainment circle 4. western fantasy 5. horror 6. ancient china 7. regular world. The FLs are different until they're not, you'll see what I mean once you read it. It's more of a hurt/comfort story than a comedy, don't be fooled by the novel description. There's also a lot more than meets the eye with the MC, so don't be too hard on her. You'll see why she's the way she is when you reach the last world. The author is also really good at writing, the scenes are all described well and there's very little exposition. The ending also reveals something about the MC that you rarely ever see in most novels, Chinese or Western. Do not read the spoilers below if you don't want to be spoiled on the ending of the novel. Spoiler The MC is actually autistic, and how she acts is a symptom of what she experienced as a child. The last world is the memory of the MC as a child and her meeting with the person the FLs of her books are based on. The reason why all of the FLs go through so much tragedy in their backstory is because it's a reflection of the MC's own extremely bad childhood. The FLs are all kind and understanding because the FLs are based on the beautiful neighbor who tried to help her as a child. The reason why she acted so cold to the FLs in the beginning of the story is because she viewed her novels as failures of capturing the neighbor she admired so much. All of her novels are her trying to immortalize the neighbor but not succeeding because they were all just copies who can't be like the real person. This novel has a happy ending so don't worry about reading a tragedy. The way the story is resolved and the ending is very satisfying.
