It’s interesting, she seems to have convinced herself that she didn’t do anything wrong. She doesn’t see the MC as an enemy, she genuinely considers her a friend and pities her for holding a grudge against her. One of the translated chapters has her rationalizing away everything that happened, from the priests making a fake oracle for her to the MC viewing her as an enemy.
I use MTL so beware It appears the so-called saint herself is a generator of filt/ dirt or something. She freely taints others. All humans fall under her spell too. MC's fiance, family basically for everyone the saint is greatest and MC is just an untalented, pitiful jealous idiot. I liked the fact that MC was unhappy about being pushed to an incompetent god. Unlike other MCs with their love all attitude, MC was not ok with the god. However, she is very diligent and professional. She does everything for the incompetent god. She is bullied by other saints coz she is serving this god but she still continues to serve as such. I loved this coz it's a total human behaviour and MC is so clearly NOT like a typical kind to all, good to all, compassionate to all saint. Spoiler: About gods and saints Basically, an oracle comes to the priests in the temple about which saint will go to which god. However, the light god reveals to MC that it's all fake. This is also proved by the fact that the Saint 'chooses' Supreme God even though she was asked by the incompetent god. The temple is lying about all saints. There is either no oracle or the priests are twisiting the oracle for their own gains. Most gods don't want the saints they have been assigned. So this is sort of a mystery point that has not been solved yet Spoiler: About incompetent god This god is covered in filth/ dirt and looks like a slimy slithery dirt shapeless ball thingy. He has no memories and no discernable powers. So nobody cares about him. He is neglected and doesn't get a saint of his own until he asked for THE Saint. However she pushed MC to him instead. He is supposed to be the greatest of Gods. Apparently, he has been taking in the filth inside humans (I am guessing negative emotions leading to negative actions). Filth/ dirt will bring out demons and upset the human world. So this god continued to take it upon himself until it became too much. He lost his figure, his powers, his memories and is reduced to the level he is now. That's why other gods treat him so well and revere him coz for them, he is the ultimate god. Spoiler: Why do saints exist? So some humans are born with powers and they only can become saints. Even gods get infected with filth. And the way to remove this filth is by using human power and this requires physical touch like holding hands etc etc. MC is now helping incompetent god filled with the entire world's filth to slowly get rid of it by holding hands Spoiler: Latest thing Right now, MC goes to meet her fiance Eric. As usual, the saint Amalda has captured him. MC goes to the engagement break meet thinking her family will support her but nope. They don't. MC goes nuts and depressed and next day goes to serve incompetent god. He keeps asking what happened coz he realises she is covered in filth. And in anger she shouts What can an incompetent god do???!!! He is still patient coz he realises she is v v sad and just venting her depression. That's when her ex-fiance Eric comes. He actually came to meet Amalda and wants to cut ties with MV once and for all. He calls her selfish, jealous blah blah. MC starts crying hard. She tells incompetent god - look, he is right. I am not good. I hated that I was sent to u. I called u a fool inside my mind many times. Even though I served u, I actually wanted to marry and leave this place forever. I am not a saint at all. Incompetent god becomes angry, attacks Eric who runs away in fear. Then he tells MC to cry and she cries and cries and faints/ falls asleep. Next morning, she wakes up next to a beautiful man. Turns out, whatever he did yesterday has led him to get his figure back. No memories yet. Spoiler: What did he do? He sent away the filth covering him to Eric. Right now, Eric is missing, completely covered in filth and the latest updated chapter, MC has realised this - What did incompetent god do with the filth covering him? Oh and incompetent god is kinda yandere? Like he is v jealous, v possessive over MC. He keeps thinking - She will not leave, why is she thinking about another man in front of me etc etc. Most probably, him sending the entire filth to Eric is also yanderish behaviour coz Eric is only human where as filth is filth of the world.

After MC sees the original appearance of the lowest God naked --> blushing and screaming ensue. The lowest god "Adracion" is apparently a natural lady-killer. The lowest god "Ad" it just means she's a naturally nasty person that generates filth from the soul. The lowest god "Adracion" after he threw away the filth to Eric. His hotness is revealed that sends MC into a breathless tizzy. All the Gods see him restored and try to put him in a nicer place, but Adracion is all - I like the place Eleanore made for me. Later, they accuse another Saint named Lydiana of being the one that generated the filth that "killed?" Eric. MC is like - aw hell naw. But Amanda is a 2-faced fake white lotus. She 'defends' MC saying that Lydiana deserves to be punished for harming her fiancee. Mc starting catch on something off on the way Amanda addresses Eric - like she says "her fiance" and never by name was... odd. She demands time so she may exonerate Lydiana since despite her resting bitch face she does take her duties seriously and it's worthy of respect.
Spoiler: What I read in current last chapters I just read the last chapters thru google so maybe not accurate. Amalda is really spotless, that even the supreme god Verite (yea so the bum god is not Adracion but his brother) was interested in her that he even left Eleanor alone in order to remember his identity. And he realized she is so clean because she is that f-ing delusional and thinks of herself as innocent. A white lotus or maybe a green tea. That along with her charms caused her entourage to produce filth cuz they see her as a false light. She wanted to imprison Eleanor and him because of the darkness goddess’ saint accusing them as the source of filth at first. He got hero complex wayy to far he forced his goddess to take too much filth and wanted to drag our protags for saving people from filth monsters. Then she saw his handsome self and on spot changed her narrative to “Eleanor must have held grudge against me so she forced you to hurt others. Don’t fret! I your savior will save u!” And brought him to Verite’s castle. The Verite in his mansion is a puppet. The twin gods and Adracion obviously know who he is but either it is a test or a secret mission, so they can’t say. This god has taken so much filth to save the humans, that country in particular, but begin to be corrupted that he began to regret and thinking of letting humans die or something as he was against his “queen mother??” To put cherry on top, he saw the protag cried in prison because of Amalda’s order (after she promised him no, ofc she won’t lock Nor-chan, her bestest friend) and provocation (she accused her of being jealous and showed letter that her brother in law the duke is enamored with Amalda and wants to divorce her sis which is like her sole hope and her friends are leaving her due to her downfall.) In the end he got so pissed. He finally remembered who he was. He is tired of filth and seeing Eleanor is producing filth (getting bitter and frustrated as she thinks Amalda is going to hve her killed or smtg) his corrupted mind ridiculed her. But his lips cant help but offering help. “Should I just eradicate everyone on earth for you? ” and she slapped him with both hands “u crazy??” And her friends, the tsundere young duchess along with the twin gods and Adracion arrived. The scene in the end of the last chapter (dyingggg for the next chapterr) is Adracion calling him bro and kneeled as Verite said “yeaa now I get it why you got so worked up for a human girl.” TBH if I were him I’d still leave. WTH with the amount of disrespect the church has. But still didnt find why these mighty gods, couldn’t just eliminate the evil humans inside their home ala the christian bible? “Like f u! U showed impartiality to the nobles but not to me?? Your f-ing god, wtf?” That young Light god (just the look but still) was seriously inappropriately harrased by Rose or whoever his saint was. Are they not supposed to interfere other than with governing/blessing in accordance to their power? I cant wait for the explanation or what the gang is going to do.
Spoiler: Near Ending Judgement So, they forced MC to attend her judgement with Grand Verite and the white lotus as judges. Her friends came to give support. Things happen. The filths or globs attacked them and in the midst of it all, MC got separated from her everyone. Her escorts also got attacked. She tried to help the one knight that got spared who at first hated her. He got bewildered why MC didn’t run away. All the while, Amalda hid herself with senior priests justifying her action as “you are the saint, so you should stand still next to Grand Verite in the safest inner courtroom.” Everyone kept screaming asking her for help. Ofc she’d rather hide hugging her holy god. When MC and her escort knight arrived they were so surprised that Amalda insisted to hold the judgement and gashlighted Eleanor when she had actually helped him instead of fleeing. Literally they were the only ones left. Spoiler: The Founding Myth When they got separated, ML met his brother, Adracion who kneeled to him. Basically ML helped everyone trying to absorb the filth (if Im not wrong. Plus it’s google translate) so he got pretty busy till the gang reached the courtroom in the middle of debate of that knight with Amalda. There Amalda and the priests were shooked that people turn humans again due to the lowly god ML and finally condemned him as the source of filth. Eleanor got so relieved. They literally got Adracion, the founding god + Light and Darkness twin gods + people who are now squeaking clean on the other side yet the old priests’ rather chose the fake god. ML showed right there that the god they oh so diehard revered is actually just a doll. They believed that their land is the most blessed. ML said no it’s actually the opposite. The other lands are fine because Mother goddess blessed them so filths naturally goes away, zombie free. This particular kingdom was cursed because they actually killed Father god. At first the humans in the kingdom got greedy (from what I mtld) and decided to be gods themselves somehow. Father god got mad, so he assigned Adracion the faithful war god to terminate them. Adracion fell in love instead to the first saintess, killed his own Father god with the folk (wtf? Is that necessary?) knowing full well what’s gonna happen. Mother goddess got so mad she cursed the land out of her grace causing people to turn to filth. The irony is, they could simply leave the land as the last grace of the Mother. Adracion’s consort decided to stay despite her own father leaving. Mother goddess was still mad. She sent ML the god of judgement (he is very objective and cold) to judge (well, condemn or to shoo the folks out of the land idk) the humans. Adracion, still feeling sorry for the weaklings that were left, put his life on the line as last resort (he turned into a human at some point). ML felt that his bro’s life is still precious (after killing ur dad?) so he agreed (?). They made a bet: can these assholes really keep themselves clean? The filth and cleaning rational (by gods who assist them but wont meddle in other affairs) should be balanced. But lo and behold they repeated the same shits. ML as the balance scale got corrupted by filth and thrown away in the corner even abused, the other gods are leaving tired of their shits, they even made a doll to replace the suprene god ML to further their cause. He finally understood why Adracion stayed with his saintess after being driven mad by filth (my guess is probably because Eleanor who even though not exactly perfect nor really kind, is still pretty selfless when it comes to life n death situation and stood by him.)
