The ML is completely useless in this story. I wish the FL ended up with someone completely new after reincarnating, not with someone tied to her previous life.

Well, from the reviews, this is a family orientated story, not a romance... So I think that those who are not family play a smaller part. (Not really sure about this though, since I haven't read the novel.)
I have 2 spoilers from the manwha Spoiler: ML ML was the escort of the FL in her past life, he was born a commoner and then he somehow became a knight and he got appointed to be the FL’s escort by her father. He’s a quiet one too.. Anyways when he was appointed to be the escort for FL I think that FL wanted to build her relationship with him but due to probable scandals of “the Crown Princess and Knight are dating!” ML couldn’t and he just stayed afar, guarding the Crown Princess. They eventually separated when ML had to go to war but after that he became known. When the FL died and got reincarnated, she heard from her new dad and brother that the ML went mad. It’s probably because of him grieving about the FL, rumors also spread that the Crown Princess killed the Former Emperor (people just accepted it too..) but ML knows that it wasn’t her to so he would put his title on the line to just say that it wasn’t the Crown Princess’ doing.. Spoiler: FL’s power(?), New Crown Princess, and Servant So in the manwha, FL’s new dad and brother (The Grand Duke and The Master of the Mage Tower) go to the Imperial Palace. Grand Duke needs to talk with trashy former brother so FL’s new brother takes care of her and she turns human (due to magic that her brother used) New brother goes to the garden to show FL some flowers and then the brother decides to make them invisible so they won’t look suspicious.. They go around the garden when they hear a voice It’s the new crown princess/the fiancé of the trashy former brother. She’s a very mean woman and treats her servants horribly, mind you, the servants that she’s treating horribly is FL’s former servants. The new crown princess lives in FL’s old palace which is right across the Imperial Palace. FL and her new brother look at what’s happening and FL recognizes one of her servants that was really nice to her, the servant was in a poor state and the FL was mad that there was pink somethings going out or in her body that CAUSED HER POWER TO SUMMON LIGHTNING???? Anyways, the new crown princess sees it and goes inside, she leaves the servant but FL and new brother save her in the end
I rlly hope there is sum sort of karma to the brother. I know he got brainwashed but come on. I rlly hate it when author's write such vile characters that abused,as'd, or brutally murdered the fl before and then make it that he was brainwashed so the readers will have to unwillingly somewhat forgive him.
It is, romance is just a part of it. We / I still didn't know how ML and fl family relationship in the past, but seeing the FL father keeps shouting his name, he is not someone distant.
ML is a divine beast. If you read the manhwa, his father told her the taboos that a divine beast should avoid; to never interfere with human history or something, to not fall in love with humans, I forgot the other one. That's why ML always keeps his distance from FL and rejects her kindness.
Hoping for some more spoilers please! I'm a bit confused with what we have so far? Spoiler: Questions about this please? Someone's not sure if the prince is being manipulated and his fiancé is a bored Divine beast? So is the new Emperor being manipulated by his Fiancé who is Divine beast or is it that he's divine beast masquerading as a human that was bored?
