i just start reading this manhwa and is so happy theres a mom in the story even though so far she doesn't appear as often as the dad and brothers cus at least she's alive. btw i want to ask 1. is there any side couple in this story? like does MC brothers get love interest? 2. what will happen to MC brother (the emperor one)?

Exactly. And I hate how authors write these toxic male characters and ultimately blame it on "brainwashing" by a female character. There is always an evil female character who will get all the blame at the end and the male characters will get away with no repercussions.

He is the male lead. Also, all the divine beast can change their form to whatever age. Later, Lusha's brothers use a child form to accompany her as friends when she attends a tea party. The divine beasts can usually take on a mature form when they are born, Lusha is the only exception so far. They are born mature and powerful, so they are usually independent at birth, and since they can freely change the age of their appearance, you can't judge their age just by looking at them.

Probably coz they're a high-ranking family and is the Crown Princess with the Imperial family's backing, hence they decided to go the secretive way (meh, not so secretive) and did burn the palace or something of the crown princess or the crown princess's family (idk which is which).

So I've read the novel, and I wanna share some spoilers about Agris. Spoiler: About Crown Prince Agris So first of all, there's no need to feel sympathy for that guy. He is an ass, I'm telling you. Yes, he was brainwashed by Basilla, and so was the rest of the people working/living in the palace. Agris was just hiding his true colors even before he got brainwashed. It's stated in the novel that the emperor never liked Agris because he knows his true colors. At first, I blamed the emperor for neglecting him, but apparently there was a reason for why the emperor acted that way towards Agris. His gut feeling was right all along. Agris always aimed for the throne, so he acted all goody two shoes in front of Lusha and the emperor. The emperor was sharp and saw through Agris, and didn't want to pass the throne to him. He wanted to give the throne to Lusha instead, but couldn't since she's a girl. So I'm not sure when Agris met Basilla, all I know is the pope has something to do with it. Anyways, Agris is a bastard who killed the emperor and offered him as a sacrifice. Not just the emperor, but he has killed a lot of people and offered them as a sacrifice to Basilla. Ianel (lusha) was an exception. Ianel's body was buried, however her body wasn't buried in the imperial cemetery due to the claim that she murdered the emperor. Agris was gonna use Ianel's corpse to gain sympathy from the nobles by moving her grave in the imperial cemetery. But everything backfired when Ianel's corpse disappeared. Later on, after everyone from the palace was freed from Basilla's brainwashing, Agris became much more unstable. An anti-emperor faction was formed. Agris was very mad about this, so he plotted something to eliminate the anti-emperor faction with one of the members from the said faction (simply put, there was a traitor from the anti-emperor faction). Their plan almost succeeded, but Lusha and her brothers ruined their plan. Around this part, Lusha asked Vermon to turn her to Ianel so she could speak with her Agris and ask him why he killed her. Vermon was skeptical, but soon he agreed to Lusha's request. Peiran was the one who lured Agris to where Lusha was. So they met, and Agris was surprised to see Ianel alive. Ianel asked him why he killed her. And I'll just say their reunion didn't end well. Agris tried to kill Ianel again when he realized she was alive (though not really). This time Lusha fought back and immediately left Agris. Agris went insane at that point. In the end there was a rebellion led by Lanore, Agris's crimes were revealed and he was sentenced to death. Serves him right. No, they didn't. But Basilla already knows that Lusha is a special species. He didn't reveal it to the others bcs he thought that would be boring.
