    First Lady, I'd wager; It's a title of office. That said, if America got progressive enough to elect a gay president I imagine that it would rather quickly update the title.

    Lets just hope Hillary doesn't copy her husband in the extra marital affairs category as president. She has enough problems with her e-mail already, something might get leaked.
