Hmm... This is a bit troubling, I liked the SGS ver of SAO and HF ver of Elementalers. How to say this, when I was reading those, I felt like I was the one inside the anime world, the author probably made it with that kind of intention and he succeed in makong me feel it. And honestly I now feel uncomfortable watching the original, seeing the heroines flirting with the original MC. Heck I'm so weird.

 

Then why do you read parody novels?

 

Don't get me wrong, I liked those parody novels I've read. Probably you understood me the other way around. I liked the parody version than the original. For example, like Wu Yan x Asuna > Kirito x Asuna... something like that. So I still read parody novels. And then there goes again SAO in UAW, I've already kanonised the OTP you know. Get that feeling?

well, on SGS. Wu Yan x Asuna romance have more depth than the anime. i also have the same feeling same as you.
or on UAW, Saeko Busuzima (as MC first GF) also have more depth, they always help each other even until she break the limit of humanity. even you can feel their love even without sex.

I'm around 650 or so (Currently in Tsukihime Arc), I like this Novel. In my opinion, this is above the SGS and HF novels.
Heroines selection is also good for me. But I think he should have chosen some other girls in some cases.

You're right, IUD is the vest this author have written so far. And I very much like the main heroine Sylvia. And btw, UAW ending is trashy IMO, too rushed. Despite the promised 40 volumes, but ended in 31 or something. Sigh...

 

Except for the confusing naming, I prefer reading Gtrans than LNMTL. Better grammar and more readable.
