    Let's all talk about Qidian's actions for a bit.
    Don't they seem to disregard anything that doesn't prove beneficial to them?

    Like they completely thrashed out on Gravitytales and took their deal back.
    The excuse Gravity gave was that the novels were too popular and were stealing attention from other novels... come on, we all know that's bullshit.

    No one talked about it, but yea, Qidian seemed salty that Gravitytales was getting more clicks than them, so they decided to do something about that.

    Now they kicked out the translator of Swallowed Star as I recently learnt for not going premium.

    I suppose that they were under a contract to do so, and since he didn't comply, he was fired.

    I would think the novel was more popular, and since the translator has done more than 900 chapters, he would have a bit more freedom, but Qidian is Qidian. You don't like him? You kill him.

    Well, I want more drama
    What else do we have?

    Well i always found it odd for gt to dual host because both qi and gt have their own ranking system.
    Like
    Gt novels that get top ranked get a donation prize, but qi system doesn't and i feel qi novel doesnt fall under gt system due to their contracts, so it makes sense to stop dual hosting and double ranking. And qi would have more control to do inhouse donations since i still think gt is using patreon?

    And it must've been a pain to post twice XD

    Who knows~
    They could just as well had modified it.

    I always see Translation Sites recruiting translators and projects, not the opposite, so if it was really necessary, I believe proper arrangements could have been done.
