The mc is good one but always labeled as the bad one,as the story progress the mc is lost in hope and start become the bad one for real.

Definitely Zhu Xian.

The not-so-OP MC is originally an innocent ordinary boy and keep on being so until tragedy strucks him. It's basically a slow story and somewhat confusing at the beginning because of flashbacks and lots of factions in the world-building. But then the MC realized that what is good isn't necessarily good and what is bad isn't as what it appears to be. He was shoved in lies and conspiracy unknowingly. He becomes anti-protagonist for sure - the extreme one (becomes ghostly assassin?)

Should also try Ze Tian Ji (though the mc not really bad)

EDIT Jp/Kr: sounds like Tokyo Ghoul & Code Geass. Have you tried Dungeon Defense or Life Mission?

 

Best Served Cold by Joe Abercrombie. The First Law trilogy comes before that one, but you can read Best Served Cold by itself.

Hmm....well Arifureta is kind of like that. He doesn't really become "bad" however he just doesn't care about doing good things all of the time. Kind of a grey area.

For novels, Akuyaku Tensei Dakedo Doushite Kou Natta. kind of fits. She has a terrible reputation because of her family, but the thing is, she isn't their daughter for nothing either. I've MTL'ed ahead and...

Later on, she stops caring about her terrible reputation and decides to capitalize on it to demoralize the enemy. It turns out... well... o_o

Even though the translations aren't there yet, it's building up to that nicely, so if that's what you want...

For mangas, maybe check out Kubera. Although no single character checks everything at the same time, there are 10 main characters and altogether, there are plenty of the components of what you're asking for, and then some:
- Lots of ‘bad guys’ being mistaken for good guys
- Bad guys not really being the true bad guys
- Several of the main characters have or are in the process of being gradually worn down into cynical beings
- Flashes of the future aren't pretty at all.

'Choices' are basically a main theme of this series. And All the characters either have to choose, had to choose or will have to choose between 'terrible choice #1‘ or 'terrible choice #2'. Like Puella Magi, it starts off feeling like something light-hearted and typical, but in Season 2 everything starts going to hell (at which point it's really worth re-reading the series because you realize Season 1 is not the light-hearted story you thought it was).

Not jp/kr/rrl, but try Worm (western web novel). It's set in a modern world with superpowers. The MC gets bullied to the point of getting superpowers... But decides to do the right thing and use her powers for good instead of revenge. But... How good can you be with bug powers? And what if "being good" is not the right thing to do? Up to where does the "greater good" justify your becoming a monster?
