Recommendations "I'm not suppose to be here/exist"

I'm looking for a story where MC 'non exist' in the 'Original story'.

The kind of MC who realised he live/transmigrate/reincarnate in a world they had read/watch/play but their character was never exist in OG Story. Not even as a No Name Barely exist Canonfodder/Mob. Unless they should have died as baby but the fact is they're a teen/adult now and then get the memories, and then get they confused how they still alive and all.

So; Not the kind of story like QT novel where there's system who could help MC live and faking information whatsoever.

I don't have a Great example for this kind of novel.
Omniscient Reader was close though. But my inspiration for searching this kind of novel was not from ORV.

Search either BL or BG or NON ROMANCE.
No Harem (for BG at least. because i'm sure this type of Hetero Harem exist too many), No Love Triangle, No (many)some, No BE, No Selfcest, No Abuse (except like ORV, i can handle that kind of 'Pain'), No Reversible Couple, No Female become Male.

Accept either Male of Female Protagonist. Chinese, Korean, or Japanese i accept. Even Original Novel i accept!

 

The only one I can think of is:

If you don't mind FMC i/o male one, then maybe The Female Soldier Has Been Told to Infiltrate the Imperial Magic Academy (+)?

FMC reincarnated & works as a soldier. Got ordered by her superior to attend & be a guard for the students there (think of Sagara Sosuke of FMP but bigger scoop). Met another Reincarnator & found out that the school was supposed to be the stage of an otome game. Somehow, both due to her job + she wasn't supposed to exist in the game, our FMC become sort of a bug/error. There are ROM (hey, it's an otome game!) but none for FMC

 

The Tragedy genre scares me. But as long as it has HE, i'll take it!

FL didn't exist in the novel, she watches the story unfold once, then his favorite dies, she also dies, comes back in time and decides to save him an make de OGFL and ML miserable and her favorite (the second ML) happy. It sounds extrange, but I really like it

The novel is completed, there is an ongoing manhwa, but the novel is finished.

 

What a grey area.... She exist and not at the same time...

The Novel's Extra? I remember the character he transmigrates to has too muddled up backstory, so similar feel to the requirement.

EX rank supporting role play - transmigrates to non existent character and after some time other characters will figure out he shouldnt exist in the story

 

I would if i could....

1. I was sure someone (many people?) mentioned 'The Novel’s Extra' was Harem subplot-ish. a Harem without Harem tag, bit obviously harem because many Potential FLs (too many FC?). So i was never interested.

2. I did say Mob without name doesn't count. From the summary is not what i search. BUT from what you say, it sound different and actually like what I search... Thank you!

Read it a while ago also. I remember the character MC transmigrated to died in the prologue but since its MC, he survived and the world/universe had to impose his back story onto worldbuilding/history? so his background doesn't really mesh correctly. This novel is not completely translated yet but I found myself really hoping for an ORV level grand finale wrap up. Thats why I stopped for while to try to dissociate it with ORV just in case so I wont be let down. Haha

Btw, is the the 389 chapters truly on 389 chapters or like 300chapters actually only in 100chapters being cut into pieces by translator?

 

Real full chapters, its just that novelmultiverse changed translators a couple of times so the quality's like roller-coaster lol

Demon prince goes to academy? I'm only a few chapters in and it hits the non existent character part but also somehow gives pseudo harem foreshadowing. I really hope the female side characters dont devolve to pseudo harem urgh

 

The genre already has Harem tag. So that's a no. And there's Polygamy tag. Is someone already married?
