The writer of the dragon ball Evolution, Ben Ramsey, has offered his sincere apology for the movie and he also said that he did it all for the money.
Why was he saying sorry, when the kids love it. I mean my little brothers, and little sister loves it.
Bro just google it. http://thedaoofdragonball.com/blog/news/dragonball-evolution-writer-apologizes-to-fans/
Quite honestly, I never knew that movie was based off of Dragon Ball............................... cuz that was how bad it was
usually live action drama never turn out ok. It's a good thing he apologized because that movie sucked on so many levels.(it was a dragon nightmare) the dude did not even use the correct kame hame wave it was like how they made aang overly dramatic in avatar live action
I've watched it once and I'll never watch it again It make me wonder if there's another anime/manga called dragon ball where Goku is picolo's subordinate... The amount of things that different from the original was too damn high.
and yet people want it over and over again. avatar, dragon ball, attack on titan, they're even making something else into live action now. they never learn
It's that special kind of terrible where it actively insults not only the fanbase, but also your intelligence and patience.
they are business men like the one who made this dragon ball(?) live action movie. they just know the fanbase is huge but know close to nothing about the show. sad part is people actually bite their bait.
even if they knew about the show, it'd still suck. director(s) actors script audio and effects cgi money nothing will fit with the necessity to make it properly. no matter what. why? because adapting from anime is a bullshit move for starters. then comes the illusion of anime vs reality. and so on
Wow, that's cool. I kind of disagree. Some anime play the reality card. Not all of them are all fantastical shit like DB. Stuff that's more down-to-earth doesn't seem so impossible to transition properly. I don't watch live-action anime adaptations, though, so no idea if there are decent precedents so far.
