Haven't read it yet but what's the difference between cultivating martial and immortal
well it's mostly a different system of cultivation as far as I understand. but for now, the story mostly focus on martial cultivation first, immortal cultivation comes in later.
I have not read it to that far myself yet, there are like almost 3k chapters, i'm still around chap 100 myself
at this moment we can't really call the MC a true immortal cultivator
FYI to all, I now do Live Streams while I translate, do subscribe and click the notification bell, if you want to be alerted when I live.
clear sky hammer, blacksmith, injured leg, almost thought about tang hao
tang hao sound familiar, which novel was that again?
Douluo Daluo, aka combat continent
Wait are the series connected?
Nope. Authors and publishers are different so not...
prob a coincidence, or maybe the author drew inspiration. still, I honestly had not read DD yet and so any naming is coincidental. maybe clear sky hammer is an actual legend in china?
yea me too when i read it i was pretty shook cause it was so similar (basically the same, he's just not the mc's father)
me three..I was like HUH! wait is this DD universe? but he's surname MO...
so far no romance.
so its just filler on chapter that author make huh? so many girl but ...
Nah, the lamed blacksmith who forges the MCs' Legendary Weapon is a classical Wuxia Archetype.
the only part I don't like so far is the battle against that saint.
Don't force me over and over when he and we all know the bad guy wasn't gonna stop until MC is dead.
Funny is that even grandmasters? die yet they only injured the cousin and his older brother.
Also, instead of killing that saint after he got injured, mc just toys him with the saint ending up escaping
all this while in desperately in a hurry to go try to save his cousin not long ago.
My personal take on this could be that if the participants die, they might be able to replace them. But if they are injured and alive, they cannot be replaced. If so it would make sense to only injure them rather than kill them.
Still, ultimately, the true reason is........ Plot Armour.
There's a romance tag, but no harem tag (yet) though it's marked as completed. Given the sheer number of flags raised in the first 1/2% of the work, I can't believe it isn't a harem, but for confirmation, could someone who can read moonrunes / has read the entire thing chip in on that?
I was told there actually isn't too much romance in this, the dual cultivation in this does not refer to sex.
Spoiler: spoiler here
I read a review that said that the MC married 1 girl and the involvement of that girl in the story isn't too great. he pretty much left her at home and ran about outside. Of course its hearsay, so I cant verify that until I tl to that point
Sigh I'm pretty disappointed in the MC. He's really stupid/naive offending people he can't match. It's getting pretty tiresome. So many girls and repetitive. I wish it could focused more on Tomboy girl
typical chinese mc
butting head agaisnt strong opponents then expect plot armor
villains are retarded thinking they are the "only ones" to try getting the legacy whatever
mc is retarded too
instead of killing when he have advantage
he spew bs about taking revenge later
