God I hate Jiang Xiaohan so much. She needs a good back hand slap follow by another then the mc or anyone needs to just kill her or cripple her martial arts. I have no love for self-delusional d-bags whether they are female or male. O m G she is so annoying. she is like a little child throwing a tantrum. God I love this author I might hate the character but the fact the author can write a character like this so annoyingly well shows how good the author is at making the readers feel emotional ( in this case rage).
Yea. I don't really understand it either. They were childhood friends growing up and our MC protected her. Got that. MC is now shown as trash and can't do crap and she leaves. Got it. MC shows up at academy and says that MC should learn his place. Before showing top talent. Got it. MC destroys everything but she's saying it's all his fault and won't try to get back together or at least say she was in the wrong. Ummmmmmmmmmm. Nope don't get it.
The shit's called pride of the greed. She, who rose to the tops of the academy was used to being in the spotlight, with that, her ego believed she was always right (feed the kid a candy, and he'll want more). So of course, she believed that her views that made her "strong" were right, and her "advice" was an iron-set rule. Which Ye "ignored". It's a standard personality of anyone who gets few things in a row, how they wanted it. Pride of the greed
srlsly 3 lanes and jungle monsters? he even got the "red buff" how lame is that, I hate it when xianxia novels have game elements, especially putting skills in brackets and everything being set by certain percentage and stats like in Heveanly Jewel 10 seconds cooldown or DD 30% energy or whatever -.-

I wonder if she will actually do something at any point or she will come around. I find it sort of odd that we can see her PoV so often. People are truly angry at her because we are actually seeing the thought process of your average shitty xianxia villain. A lot of characters are shitty and have weird logic like she does, but we don't delve into their brain to that extent. So, why is the author doing this? Why so much time on her thoughts? Does he want to redeem her at some point?
maybe so we can "See" the redemption or complete vilification of this character. will be interesting to see what happens with her. course after this wonder if the older Song girl will stand up for the MC.
That Song girl will regret trying to make a gap between Loli Song and Ye Qingyu. Hopefully seeing his strength and his actions will cause her to change her mind. As for Ms. Ex-Childhood friend...I doubt she will ever get redemption. She is too far gone. Unless if Ye Qingyu saves her life or something, she is incapable of seeing him as a good person and herself as a wrong one. Besides, she has quite literally painted a target on him by talking about a soul treasure. As for the hate towards her, while it is justified, it is not worth the effort. She is a waste of space but an interesting one.
