I personally found https://www.novelupdates.com/series/forty-millenniums-of-cultivation/ to be ther better of the 2 I recommend but that depends on you. I found the cultivation world in it my liking. There are rules so you can’t just go kill someone you don’t like because he hit on a girl you like.
There are no harem cultivation novels. It’s just that not many of them are. There is an author who as far as I know only does 1 love interest. He is the author of the first novel I recommend. But my roommate loves his work but I am not a big fan (I like his work just not that much I feel it’s predictable)
