So the most important requirement is to be good in written English!! As I'm also a beginner, you don't have to be experienced but I hope you'll be cooperative and full of passion. The work will be volunteer, but it's possible to change in the future. Other things can be discussed further if you're interested. The novel I'm currently translating is Trapped in a Webnovel as a Good-for-Nothing.
