So what other lcd should i expect you in

 

Obviously Tsuki, EER, the other work of Toika, Wortina Senki, A monster who Levels Up, and others more.

 

I haven't read any of those i binge read so i generally dont read unless theres lots of chaps like 500+ or highly rated any recommendations?

 

Well this was earlier than EER and Toika himself said that he worked on not repeating the mistakes he made on an earlier work when he was writing EER.

 

By Tsuki, do you mean the one with bad-luck Makoto?
I also read A Monster Who Levels Up.

500+? Aren't those mostly CNs?

 

yeah its hard finding novels i like cn's generally are more "mature" then jp's that ive read but even then cn novel are still ridiculous in other ways
now that not to say that all jp novels are bad or not for adults but generally its seems cn novels target a bit of an older audience while non smut jp novels are usually r15ish
haven't read enough Korean novels to comment on them or form a general concensus

however i had some terrible times with some jp novel awhile back so i kinda moved away from them few years ago so now that the tranlation scene is a bit bigger i might go back and try to find some jp i like now that there's a bigger pool to pick from idk maybe i had a couple bad experience(s) before and my veiw got a bit skewed

 

Most of the remaining JP novels in my reading list are the likes of Death March, read for plain leisure.

I also read Tsuki, but I've put it off for a while because I can't endure reading the dungeon arc chapter by chapter.


Anyway...seems like Toika really favors dragons and Shin just got another Deus ex machina before he completely uses up his last one (the once-a-year laser)

 

I reciently started Tsuki, already arround ch100 so I may go there in a not so distant future
But Paps you are also a brother in the Death Mage LCD too
Yoshi is soon to come back so is important to have it in mind (some ligth hopes for Kuro no Maou too but not too much)

hey dave speaking of other novels hows rtw coming along i've been stockpile chaps for a bit still crazy in the LCD over there so many back and forth on the page lmao

Honestly RTW is... strange
The whole matter about the dream world is making a extensive side story thats filling about 40% of the chapters, there is also that Roland is showing bits of how is his personality changing into a more strong one (my opinion) and that the povs coming from the church are all changed to ones from the kingdom of Dawn.
That most of it, there was also another great dicusion in the LCD about the harem side but thats something thats been coming from quite a time now i dont really undertand why the great surprise at this heights, though I also writed a esay there so its not like I have much to say (pro harem side)

Mature is such a wide concept that it'd take days to weeks discussing about it. But I do agree that JPs are generally less serious considering most of them are about teens grabbed to another world and become heroes and harem masters.

CNs, on the other hand, has its maturity on the fact that killing is blatantly everywhere due to the numerous minor villains introduced on every novels.

KNs...ahh KNs. I'm surprised that I can't put my satisfaction into words. For the past year KNs pretty much dominated my reading activities. I picked up at least 20, including the completed EER (absolutely recommended, has a slow start but it gets good), EoSP and SSN as well as MHK which is waiting for the alternate ending.

 

How long is Shin's spear?

 

I think was about 3-4 metters

 

If you haven't checked it out, I have found Sovereign of Judgement to be an enjoyable KN novel. Also, most any novel translated by Rainbow Turtle is usually pretty good.

 

I read SoJ as I found some similarities with SSN. I read Overgeared and BEM too (ATD as well), but I've only read LMS on her translator site.
