He had returned to the dungeon when the fight at the Vatican City ended, and now he had come to Marianne’s Garden after I requested him to. When I called him to the reception room and sat him down, he suddenly asked an unexpected question.

Can someone enlighten me why Crimson Hell can't 'eat' Dortu's metal?

 

maybe dortu changed it into gold, gold is the highest magic resistance.

 

I assume it is because Shin infused it with death mana.

 

And petrification too, they die before swalowing it, thats the reason it become a battle of endurance

I hope she won't say her charm works on the weapons too. That'd be so OP.

 

I'm not sure how I feel about Shiva's "One shot anything once a year" ability. It feels like its too late to use it. Using it against the demon lord (or the final boss) would be anti climatic and op. Maybe it will be used against the dungeon's final boss?

And speaking the dungeon's final boss. I wonder what shin will be facing in the upcoming floors. He is the strongest dungeon explorer. He just defeated a world enemy. If I had to guess the next 5 floors will be another world enemy with a really high league (unlike crimson hell which was all stats and no league), but then starting at floor 91, he will be going up against the dungeon's staff. With floor 100 being Loretta, and floor 50 beyond being Sherafina... and I have a bad feeling that the Sherafina making "mistakes" and failing to save someone before they die might happen with Lorretta, or something along those lines.

 

Loretta is final world's enemy...

If other world enemy can be floor bosses, then Loretta knowing Sherafina longest was the first to help her dungeon plan.

 

All that tension and excitement... only to end with peika's chomp...

Chapter 305: why’s the man practically naked under the armour? That seemed stupid to me. And I always found this latest elemental a bit robotic and boring. But bits like this makes me think it’s kinda funny as well.

 

So Peika will probably go through her second awakening now right? Then Shin will probably finally have his Elementalist class promoted to Elemental Spearman.

Dortu trying to eat the oricalcum faster than Shin could destroy the statues to analyze it was funny, but it would have made more sense for him to simply figure out how much of the oricalcum he would need to eat beforehand, then break off a piece slightly larger than that and move away from Shin's attacks.
Also, does analyzing the metal help Dortu improve himself in any way, or is it just so he could remove Lilith's control over them? If it does help, Shin should buy him other magic metals from the Loretta later.


Edit: I have to admit, I thought mastering Spirit Aura would let him fuse his contracted elementals into his tamed monsters, not into each other. I'm also surprised that after mid rank Spirit Aura let Shin use low rank elemental spirit magic, high rank Spirit Aura didn't improve that to letting Shin use mid rank elemental spirit magic (assuming he was fused with at least a mid rank elemental spirit) and that high rank Spirit Aura level 10/mastered didn't improve that further to letting Shin use high rank elemental spirit magic (assuming he was fused with at least a high rank elemental spirit).

 

fusing the elementals and monsters is still a option, insteaf I think that now the chances are higher,some may think that this was a too obvious course of action but I was thinking that Shin was going to keep Lilith power for Licorice but instead Peika took it on her her own so I will not find stange if we are seeing them fuse together in the future
Also was not the dragon-form Peika second awakening? the first was supposed to be when she become able to materialise herself or Im wrong?

Is Kain not in the same dungeon as mc? Since he’s on the 92nd floor shouldn’t he have fought these things first?

 

I remember Sherafina saying that the dungeon floors was now adjusted to his personal strength. So Kain is probably stronger than Shin. Also, remember that Kain is one of the oldest characters so when he was at Shin’s level those mechs probably weren’t defeated yet.
