    Why do I get the feeling that the bike guy is going to be a spy for the older brother, the mc know this and will just be playing along. That seems to be the go to move for authors who write about calculating mc's.

    It just comes with novels with smart, calculating mc's. Nothing is a surprise and rarely do things just happen the mc is genuinely shocked by. Nothing less than being a flawless prophet will do.

    His stats seem suspicious. They appear far to low for someone who doesn't think twice about buying expensive bikes instead of weapons or skills.

    YES! MC has brain and is unashamed enough to USE it.

    Edit: I used "unashamed" deliberately, as we've all read stories where the MC acts like he/she is ashamed to have a brain.:p

    Disregard my reply. I thought this was a different LCD.

    As for my opinion the novel is good. Still it has a lot of info dumps starting from volume 3. I would still give it a try.

    Don't worry to much about not including sentences that were unimportant to plot or repeated. Its honesty one of this novels weak points.

    Feel really sad about the newest review, which came from a guy read MTL but not read carefully.
    He complained about other members of the team got awesome power but MC didn't have offensive skill. That means he completely neglected the main points of the novel and misunderstood the author's ideas:
    - This system is similar to a RPG game. Except the tutorial, you can't expect to get exactly what you need from dropping rewards. To maximize the strength of your team, you need to distribute wisely.
    - Having Telekinesis don't make you equilvalent to Jean Grey. The author had written that strength of Psychic Power depend on level. And under normal circumstances, not counting other abilities, an adventurer with Telekinesis level 1 can't win against an adventurer with a gun. There is no OP power here.

    People shouldn't read my for this reason. They don't understand enough to know what's happening, but think they do. I once read the sequel to Terror Infinite with mtl, but I only have a more than vauge idea of what was happening.
