I'm looking for some interesting stories where the MC is totally insane, but at the same time not actually Evil or a Douche-bag. In fact, they might ACTUALLY be a pretty decent person, once you get over the fact that they are batcrap crazy. I'm NOT Looking for something like Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, where the whole world is just crazy and weird, just the MC, The Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich is about the only thing I can think of that fits this. Anyone know of anything else? EDIT: Ok, I'm NOT talking about crazy as in strange or weird or Wonky. I mean LITERALLY Insane. Like The Mad Hatter, Deadpool or Joker style Insanity. Just not Evil/douchebag. NOTES: 1): Decent Length (30+chapters or 2-3 Volumes, depending on chapter length), and/OR being actively translated (Has been updated in the last 1 - 2 months). I.E. I don't want something with 10-15 chapters that's not been updated since August 2016, but something with 5-10 chapters that's been update Mid Feb/Mar (or even the start) is perfectly fine. 2): No Hentai/Smut. Adult themes/Scenes are fine, but no blatant smut (I.E. a bedroom scene just for the sake of smut). 3): Harem tag is fine, but No Polygamy.

Na, this one doesn't really count. He's not really CRAZY, He just thinks differently since he's not Human (and his skill gives him a lot of information other's don't have).

The Death Mage that doesn’t want a fourth time is a solid choice. MC driven insane in the first few chapters (it is a subtle insanity, but insanity none the less and there are even some interesting conversations about it later on). While he kind of is after the whole torture crap, he pretty much regains himself, afterwards, so this one doesn't count.
Ahahahaha....wait.. you were serious? Van is completely bonkers. His sanity is completely gone but you as reader barely notice it due to the perspective. If anything it got worse over time.
He's not really crazy, just more twisted, from what i remember. Na, not really. he's not anymore "Crazy" than any other "otherworld" protag. Most of what he does and thinks have at least some thought and foresight in them. Now, if he STAYED like he was when his Death Magic went out of control, then that would be a good example, but for the most part he's got a pretty good grip on himself. Also, Its a Polygamy story, anyway.
